Location and Description

The Ranch is located approx. 5 miles north of Cobano, in the Southern part of the Nicoya Peninsula,

Province of Puntarenas, Costa Rica.

A semi -circle ridge-line and foothills form the Northern boundary, falling off to the South to the Rio Ario,

one of the principal rivers of the Nicoya Peninsula.

The Ranch covers a total area of 341 Hectares (842 acres),

1/3 of which is covered with hardwood forest, plus some Teak.

The completion of the new bridge over the Rio Ario links the peninsular highway with all towns north for the first time in History. This bridge is very close to the property, and the property has frontage along this highway to the North, and access via maintained road to the south of the bridge. This highway will be strung with highpower electric lines guaranteeing power to the towns, ranches and farms North of Cobano. The Ranch has always had frontage on this road, for a second easy access.
