Super Nutritious and protein rich hybrid grasses have been

successfully tested and planted throughout the patures on this ranch.

There are two larger garden/crop areas with extremely rich soil,

ready for vegetables and fruit. This area is along the river, offering easy irrigation.

Proven Drought Proof Water Supply

A 12 month spring originates on the property. This spring has had a retaining pool excavated 4 meters deep (12 feet), to supply water to cattle and irrigation when needed at the end of the dry season. In the rainy season, there is an overflow/spillway that supplies a small stream.

 

 

There is also a river/Stream which runs continuously 12 months of the year

on the boundary of the property.

 

At the small ranch house, there is a well with charming hand pump,

supplying clean potable water. The well depth is 80 feet.
